What are the requirements for the storage of PE isolation film

PE isolation film has obvious advantages, which can protect all kinds of carbon fiber composites from pollution, corrosion and scratch, and protect the original bright and clean surface, so as to improve product quality and market competitiveness. It has been widely used in aerospace, wind power, high-speed railway, automobile, yacht, medical and health care, sporting goods and other industries.

Although the PE isolation film itself plays the role of isolation and protection, the PE isolation film itself will also be damaged due to improper use, so it is also a very important thing for the storage protection of PE isolation film.

The surface tension value of PE isolation film is very large when it is just produced, but its surface tension value decreases gradually with the passage of storage time. Generally, the PE isolation film can be stored for 3 ~ 6 months, but in the high temperature and humid season in summer, the storage period shall not exceed two months.

PE isolation film can be stored in a dry and clean warehouse below 45 ℃. During collection, it shall be strictly protected from exposure, smoking and fire baking, otherwise its service life will be greatly shortened.
